Check-in Procedure:Check in Starts at 3pm, unless requested earlier. Check out is 11 am. All Cancellations must be emailed at least 72 hours in advance. No phone calls to our Central AAE New York office. Upon request need to provide travel itinerary show proof of travel to and from San Francisco.

It is a good place. My mom and I lived there for five days. We had a very good time. It is clean and the staff is friendly. They cleaned the room on time every day. And the price is cheap!
Hotel is next door to a convenience store where groceries and bus pass can be bought and two doors away from a well attended pub - crowds every night. Breakfast (danish, cup cakes and coffee) is provided. However reception unable to book tours but able to book airport shuttle bus. No pc available for internet use.

It's a small Hotel in a central area close to Downtown San Francisco. It's all old style hotel like 20+ years ago. If looking for budget accomodation in San Francisco could be a good choice. Nothing fancy there, Ok service, overall it's almost Ok.
Very good clean hotel about 10 minute walk from Union Square. Room contained fridge, microwave, eating table and two chairs. For the budget traveler it was great value. Would stay there again.

The staff are OK, didn't find them to be overly friendly. Although you can buzz them, they're not there 24/7. Although there's an elevator, the stairs are very narrow. Room was cleaned daily though -- internet connection worked the whole time but was low hi-speed. Only about 9 channels working on the TV, and you have to pay $10 to activate the phone.
Good place to stay if you want cheap accommodation and just need a place to shack up. Location is very good and all you need is in a walking radius.

Hotel rooms were small but very clean. Bed looked and felt very old and worn. This was a disappointing feature. Pillows were pretty horrible also. Facilities were adequate for cost. Good location. If they got new beds I would stay there again.
Great people. Amazing price for the location. Very close to all of downtown and the rest of SF via trains or cable car. The rooms are small-ish, but plenty for a single person, especially for business travelers. Free wi-fi too. For this price you'd think it was a hostel, but it's not. Private bath with LOTS of hot water. Well worth it!
a very small room for two adults and one teenager. Breakfast was included ,it was a sweet muffin and juice ,or coffee and tea.
I would say overall this hotel is charging reasonable for the facilities it is providing. I got the deal for 65/day for 1 double bed room and 75/day for one double bed + one single bed. Breakfast during morning time was also good and timely. House keeping is done daily, which is good. I would stay again if I will get same deal again. Parking is 14 $ /day which should considered while booking.
despite reading some horror stories after i booked there was nothing wrong with this hotel as a basic clean central place to stay. there was even maid service everyday which was a pleasant suprise. i would definitely stay there again if visiting san francisco
Tidy hotel, accessible. Staff very friendly and obviously very popular given inability to book again when wanted to. So get in early!! Would definitely stay again

I was greeted with an extremely warm and helpful welcome by Tim! The rooms are compact, very neat and tidy. The hotel is just 7 minutes walk from Union Square and within a few 100 yards there are some fab eating places. For the price you pay I would certainly recommend Mithila Hotel! Wendy UKx
