Motel in prime location, close to City, Mall and many restaurants. Motel has 11 spacious ground floor units with 4 x two bedroom family units, 2 x one bedroom family units, 4 x large studio units and 1 Standard studio unit. FREE WIRELESS BROADBAND. Large flat screen Hi-definition LCD TVs with Freeview and SKY in all our units. Full cooking facilities in all but the small studio. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement only.

Getting there:
5 minutes drive from the Railway station and CBS Canterbury Arena, 10-20 minute drive from Airport. Driving in from the South or the West, follow signs for City Centre and Riccarton, keep following Riccarton Signs until you are on Riccarton Road and we are situated at the far end (the City Centre end) of Riccarton Road. If driving in from the North, continue into the City until you turn right onto Bealy Ave, follow road round Hagley Park until you come to a roundabout. Turn right at the roundabout and we are situated 50 metres from the roundabout on the left.

Check-in Procedure:
Check-in time is from 2pm to 8pm daily when our reception closes. If you need to arrive outside of these times, you must contact the motel directly to make arrangements. Please indicate your estimated time of arrival when making booking. Credit card details are required at check in.

Car parking:
Each unit has one car park in front of the unit. This is off street parking and is free. If you require additional parking spaces, please inform us when making the booking.

Child Policy:
Every child must be included in the number of people when making a booking.

A good venue, close to the centre.

We have stayed here many times before and as always the service is fantastic! Great handy location and the owners and super helpful and friendly. Great that we can take the dog while staying at this motel as well! 2 min walk to Hagley Park and handy to all food and shopping. Will stay here again and would recommend.

Standard Studio

This Studio consists of a Queen Size bed, meal table with two chairs and a two seater sofa in the unit. This unit has a microwave, tea/coffee making facilities, a toaster and a fridge. There is a shower and toilet in the bathroom. FREE WIRELESS BROADBAND. Large flat screen Hi-definition LCD TVs with Freeview and SKY in all our units. Each unit also has its own Hairdryer, Iron and Ironing board. For our guest’s comfort, all rooms are non-smoking and on ground level. We also offer our guests complimentary use of our Private Spa and Children's Swimming Pool (seasonal). Guests are also welcome to use the fully equipped laundry facilities in the Guest's Laundry.

Large Studio

Our spacious Studio Units consists of a Queen size bed and a Single Bed. Also has a meal table with two chairs and two stools. The unit also has full cooking facilities in the kitchen (fridge, cooker and microwave). FREE WIRELESS BROADBAND. Large flat screen Hi-definition LCD TVs with Freeview and SKY in all our units. There is a shower and toilet in the bathroom, one unit has access facilities (wet shower with hand rails at the shower and toilet). High Speed Wireless Broadband is available FREE to those guests travelling with their laptop. Each unit also has it’s own Hairdryer, Iron and Ironing board. For our guest’s comfort, all rooms are non-smoking and on ground level. Each unit also has it’s own Hairdryer, Iron and Ironing board. FREE WIRELESS BROADBAND. Large flat screen Hi-definition LCD TVs with Freeview and SKY in all our units.
