AANA Resort & Spa (“AANA”) is located on the picturesque island of Koh Chang in the Gulf of Thailand. Koh Chang, a designated natural park, is approximately 300 kilometers due east of Bangkok. It is set amongst acres of magnificent naturally landscaped undulating tropical gardens dotted with tranquil lotus ponds, imposing rock formations and coursing waterways.

Although not directly located at the beach, the hotel provides free boat service to the private hotel beach about 200 m away from the hotel. Private beach has hotel service. Sunsets can be viewed from that beach. For those who do not like to eat at the hotel (like us), it is only a short walk to small restaurants at the main road. We would definitely choose to stay there again.

A very good and expencive hotel. Located a bit off everything on the island. Very nice staff, pool and breakfast.
Beautiful little resort. Location was away from anything else - which could be good or bad!!! Shuttle bus was provided twice a day. Nice restaurant with a fairly good menu (not cheap Thai prices!) Could explore other resorts next door for other meal options. Very quiet and quaint place to stay. Would recommend it if you are after a quiet, relaxing holiday! Spa was fantastic....
Excellent friendly hotel in a beautiful situation, lovely surroundings and exteremly well designed using local wood/timber; good hotel for both couples and families; however, as reported in previous reviews, there was a serious lack of English from all the staff except for the General Manager and Restaurant Manager; this caused many misundestandings in services/products required and lost time; neither pools had permanent staffing so we had to ring every time for drinks and food; but we did have an excellent family holiday and would have no hesitation in recommending this excellent hotel;
Nice resort with interesting architecture, located a little bit far away of shops and outside restaurants.
This is a lovely resort, a little bit out of the way. We hired automatic scooters (extremely easy to ride) at $NZ6 per day which gave us very easy transport to and from the places we wanted to go. Set beside a lovely river and very close to the beach, but not the best place to go if you really want a beach holiday. Very nice pools.
Would recommend. A bit far out but hotel has free shuttle service twice daily. We hired a scooter and taxis only 50bt a person so getting around independently was easy and cheap.Rooms excellent, infinity pool cool.
Very nice place to stay, but we found that we were always needing to go into 'town' for a meal or to do something
Nice, quiet, relaxing place. Kayaking to the beach was wonderful. We enjoyed the privacy of the villa and the forest view from the jacuzzi. The food was great. ransportation into town and getting around generally wasn't a problem. We would definitely go again.
