"Major drawback is that the closest parking available is 3 blocks aways. The in-house restaurant was closed for renovations.

"Generally the hotel location was quite ideal in so far as distance to Hay Steet Mall was concerned. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was not an issue. The only limitation was the availability of hotel's own car parking facilities. The hotel does not have its own car parking facility and therefore patrons to the hotel had to find their own public car parking lots and between 0800-1730hrs, except weekends and public hols, the parking charges are A$2.60 per hour. Car parking is not available on site, however there are several parking options in the vicinity, starting from $12.00 per car for a 24 hour period, including multiple entry and exit, at the Kings car park on Hay Street. Tickets to be validated at Reception to receive this special rate. |

Studios and one bedroom suites accommodate 2 persons only, regardless of age. The two bedroom suites accommodate up to 4 persons, also regardless of age. Therefore, there is no "child policy" as such, other than that a cot can be provided in any room type, at a cost of $5.00 per night. |
