The hotel is 'tired' in appearance but clean and good staff. Location is outside main tourist areas but serviceable by transport. Value was quite good for summer timing.
Good sized triple room but with no A/C. Excellent breakfast. Very good value.

Pretty nice hotel, nice staff, good breakfast buffet, reasonable bar. Location is a bit out from centre but easy enough to reach by ubahn or sbahn/tram. Only complaint is that the quilts on the beds are tiny - and guaranteed to end up on the floor!
Rooms were large but very hot at night ,there was a fan in the room but it didnt make any difference it was still cooler in the corridor .
We chose this hotel because it has a very attractive price for a triple room which has a somewhat unconventonal layout with the third bed in a little separate section by the window. No air conditioning in the room but hotel provides a fan. Hotel has plenty of free parking and close to the U-line. We bought the all-day group pass for all public transport and up to 5 people for less than 15 euros - a great value. We took buses #100 and #200 and reached virtually same major attractions as hop-on hop-off tour buses which charge 20 euros per person.
very good hotel
Nice, clean hotel with large rooms. Close to the U-bahn so easy to get downtown Berlin. In the area around the hotel there is not too much to do. Free parking and a minibar with very low prices. Large selection at breakfast. I would certainly recommend this hotel.
The desserts of dinner buffet is not eought for seletion.
The hotel and facilities were first class, food, room etc. were super. The staff were there to help when asked but did not intrude. With the underground and trams almost at the front door, getting around was very easy. Check-in at 1400 was, I thought, a bit late. Also, the small sign at the U station appeared, when found, to point in the wrong direction. ! But the hotel itself was worth searching for and I will be staying at the Abacus when I return to Berlin in the next few months. All-in-all, an excellent introduction to Berlin. !
We would reccomend your hotel to anyone the staff were very friendlyand the rooms were very clean. Transport is very efficient.If you want a nice breakfast as well the AbacusTier Park Hotel is excellent.
The hotle was in East Berlin very handy for transport links on a main road close to a shopping centre, could not find any fault although the leisure centre was closed during our stay.
Great food -eat as much as you like just two minute walk to U-bahn station and from there twelve minutes to the city.
We were very pleased to stay at the hotel, everything was in order.

All members of reception spoke very good English and were very helpful. Breakfast that was included was excellent and plenty of choice. underground station only 150 metres from Hotel. Only 10 min underground journey to centre of Berlin. Would recommend. A+++++
