Very good location, although it needs to walk a little bit to the tube station.
A very pleasant hotel close to Royal Albert Hall, museums and Kensington Gardens although it would be some distance from the West End theatres. Staff were friendly and efficient, our room at the back of the hotel was quiet and perfectly adequate with comfortable twin beds. The only downside was some slight noise from the lift at times. We would certainly stay again.

The hotel is opposite museums and 500m from the central line. Huge rooms which are a little tired but all in all a good choice.
they need to tell their staff to not bother rooms about leaving until the check out time has been reached... it was very annoying when trying to have a sleep in.
This hotel is excellent in many ways, but one must appreciate squeaky floors. Room was small, but good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Remember to bring your own ear plugs.
The room is spacious. My room facing inside, thus not too noisy, although the hotel is located along the street. There is no mini-bar. The hair-dryer is not very mordern. They have safe newly installed in the room. The hotel is clean. Staff are friendly. The breakfast place is nice, open on time, but sometimes not fully ready. The bread is warm! Keeping the laggages takes you some pounds in cash. In gereral we liked this hotel.
The room we were allocated on the 2nd floor was good with all the facilities required for a short stay. Although there was no double glazing there was very little noise and no disturbance from traffic on the street below. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful as they were in the breakfast room. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning although for a small additional charge additional breakfast items could be purchased if required. We enjoyed our stay and should we require a hotel in this area we would certainly be happy to return to Abba Queen's Gate Hotel.
Clean nice hotel and good location. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.
We were here in Jan 06 and found the staff to be particulalry helpful and courteous. The original room was much to small to stay and work in for 10 days so we were moved for an additional price. The location was most convenient to the Natural History Museum and others. I love this neighborhood area. I would definitely stay here again.
Internet access on hotel computer was very expensive.
A good and clean hotel with friendly staff that let us check in early.
Very good location, close to all museums, attractions and Harrods. Room was a bit small, even by London standards. Did not get a hot shower for the entire stay.
The Hotel was very good value for money and the service was attentive.
The room and location were good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. An ideal location if you wish to visit the Victoria & Albert museum or the Natural History museum.
Fantastic hotel in a great location. Would definately return.
Was an excellent hotel with a very good location and friendly staff. I enjoyed staying in that hotel.
Stayed with wife and kids. Staff were very helpful, courteous, and smiling. Very nice no-frills clean hotel. Short walk from Hyde Park and several museums.
Finding a reasonably priced, well located hotel in London has always been difficult. This one is very good value for the price we paid. Like other London house hotels, the room was small, but it was adequate, and the bathroom was a good size and functional. Our room overlooked Queensgate, so during the day was quite noisy, but quiet at night since there was little or no traffic. I would definitely stay again.
Nice and clean Hotel, very well located, staff nice and cooperative.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included in our room price. Nearest tube is Gloucester Road. From there it is quick and easy access all over London. Pricing of the room was excellent for central London. Both room and bathroom were well appointed and extremely adequate. Overall good value for money and I would use it again.
