"We had a wonderful stay at the Abbaye de Maizieres!!! The beds are a little uncomfortable, however that seems to be a trend in France. The staff are all wonderful and do everything in their power to accomidate their guests. The food is excelent and the chef is truly own of the worlds best. You must try the Beef Bourgonon!!! It is a masterpiece! One of the best meals I've ever had! I can't wait to re-visit this amazing hotel." - Paul Martin
