Getting there:Directions from Coffs Harbour. Come along the Highly rated Waterfall Way we are the first Motel on the Left after the Traffic Lights. Coming from South. Leave the New England Highway at the first roundabout at the Armidale Airport, proceed to the next roundabout, turn Left then at the next roundabout, turn Right into Barney Street and the motel is located on the Right just before the traffic lights. Coming from North. Leave the New England Highway following the signs to the city centre. Turn Right at first set of traffic lights into Marsh street. Proceed down through town and up to the next set of Traffic lights, turn Right into Barney Street. The motel is immediately on your Left.
Check-in Procedure:If Arriving late please make prior arrangements with the proprietor to leave the key out for you. Office closes at 9.00pm

Child Policy:Any additional charges are payable direct to the hotel Rates for Budget rooms are for a maximum of 2 guests only. Rates are per Deluxe room for 2 guests, max of 3 guests can be accommodated in a Deluxe Twin for an additional AU10.00. Rates are per Family Suites for 4 people, with a max of 6 guests per room for an additional charge of AU10.00 per person, per night. A cot is available for a total cost of $10.00. This included the hire, linen and blankets. Microwaves available - extra $10

The shower was fabulous and the soft, fluffy bath towels were much appreciated. I would definately choose to stay there again.

Good place to stay, good service, very clean and a very short walk to town. This was my 2nd stay and I would be happy to stay again.
Great motel for an overnight stay. Comfortable room and contintental breakfast was included served in the sunny dining room was good and all you need when you're travelling. Staff very friendly and it's right in town.

Free wireless internet didn't work at start, but I was able to get access from nearby motel with the help of a friendly staff. No troubles.
Heating facility in budget room is limited by timer, so it is certainly not a good idea to stay in winter!
Excellent all round. Breakfast being provided in such a charming location and so cheaply, was a bonus.
