Good sized rooms easy access to Metro

Very large apartment with swimming pool and steam room. Not a lot of hot water, but good value

The hotel is located not so conveniently. Placing in hotel is planned unsuccessfully (hotel has some independent inputs, not at all from them workers of hotel constantly are on duty).

Staff were not to friendly or helpful, but in saying that no-one in Dubai was overly helpful. Hotel room was huge for a 2 bedroom appartment.

I want to clarify that when I arrived at the hotel I was advised that the hotel was ober-booked, but they were sensible enough to relocate me to their sister concern and to a upgraded double bedroom suite instead of my single bedroom suite. The other hotel I stayed in was excellent, very clean and at a good location.

I arrived at 3am. The Reception was friendly. As my room was not available I was upgraded to a 2BR unit. The unit was clean and tidy. Breakfast was excellent - continental breakfast. Staff were friendly. Check out was fast. This is excellent value for money, I would stay here again.

I was amazed by the hotel, the suites were excellent. The only thing was the bathrooms in the master room, the lights were not working and no shower curtains. Overall it was good and would recommend others to stayu there.

For a short stay this is not a bad choice, but if intending staying more that two to three days... watch out for the creepy crawlies that come out when you are there are disappear when your not!

Very reasonably priced.

We were allocated a 2 bedroom suite which was simply huge. The hotel was very clean. There was plenty of hot water in the shower. We enjoyed a reasonable buffet breakfast in the downstairs restaurant. The hotel is very difficult to find. We took a printed page from Google maps, with the hotel highlighted, with us for the taxi driver but he still took two goes at finding the front door. There is a similarly named hotel a couple of blocks away on a main road which taxi drivers seem to get mixed up with. It is quite a distance from tourist attractions and shops but we chose it for its proximity to the cruise ship terminal as we were boarding a shp in Dubai.

I stayed 4 days there,It was clean and good hotel. Interesting thing for me was place,Its quite and easy access for taxi.be inform that there is mosque very close to this hotel but it didn't disturb us at all.

Lady at desk was not very helpful.Early check out proved to be too difficult for staff!On the plus side the rooms were large and clean, towels were not as good!

Overall good experience. Within walking distance (30mins) from Creek. Suite was very spacious. Breakfast included.

Hotel suite was very spacious and modern with very comfortable beds with an ensuite bathroom for each of the two bedrooms with an additional two piece washroom. Kitchen, however was poorly furnished with glasses, utensils etc...only 2 of each were provided. Staff was extremely helpful with plans for sightseeing. Breakfast was okay, not memorable. They don't seem to have enough tables to accommodate guests. We often had to wait for guests to leave to be seated. Location was a bit far from the centre of the city. However, overall it was a great value for a family.

This Hotel is just great, check in is easy, staff are excellent, rooms are fantastic for the price and more, they are apartment style rooms with plenty of space, The hotel is a little out of the way but really not far from great shopping and better positioned if you want to go to the big malls like Emirates mall with the ski slope! There is a shop across the road for snacks and drinks etc if you dont want to travel to far and even the in house drinks in your fridge are very well priced compared to all the other hotels, there is internet available in your room too for very good prices as well. I have stayed at alot of hotels in Dubai and this one is deffinately the best value for money.

The hotel is not centrally located. There is no atmosphere to the place. The breakfast room is virtually in the car park. The staff, mostly Indians look cold. This can only a three stars hotel and no more.

Excellent staff but unfortunately the facilities were very ordinary. Most of the light bulbs were not working. There were no shower curtains. Long wait for the breakfast.
