Its location is good and close to various tourist locations, including the Underground to get around the city. The staff is friendly and helpful. Free wifi in the lobby. Generally, cleanliness is acceptable, though the stained carpet in the room definitely needs cleaning. Based on London prices, the hotel is a bit higher priced than comparable others.

Lovely little hotel, close walk from tube line from Heathrow. I would definitely stay here again, especially if travelling alone.

The location was excellent: a quiet street with a park view close to a metro station. The facilities were not too great. The television didn't work, and we had great problems with the wireless internet connection. The beds were comfortable, but the blankets in the beds were really worn out. The room was clean and well kept, however. The breakfast was modest, to say the least.

Good location - room itself wasnt the best. Down in the dungeon. Woken up at 3am by laundry delivery.

This is a hotel for a short stay. I stayed in the double room beside breakfast room which is one level below street entrance. It has a small patio but it's overlooked, so of no use. If possible stay out of this room. It's very small, in the morning I was generally waken up by talking and sometimes shouting of the staff at 7 am! I believe other rooms are nicer. The plus was it was quite clean. It was OK for four days, as I was away the whole day but If I needed a place to rest during the day I couldn't have stayed there. This was the only room they have left and it was overpriced, it should be cheaper than others. Continental breakfast was as usual cereals and toast. It was served by girls in flipflops and bare tummies, which wasn't very appetising to look at (maybe for some men it would have been). They charge 8 pounds for not very reliable nor fast wireless internet, a rip off! The location is SUPERB!!

The room we got was very small (and usually we don't care about the room's size but it was VERY small) The breakfast was very simple. Other then that - everything was fine. Clean and good location.

Rooms are on the small side, however, it was a great location with internet cafes and laundrette and supermarkets in close proximity.

Good location close to tube station, shops, pubs and restaurants. Small but adequate sized single room, but starting to show its age. Very poor shower pressure. Reasonable breakfast (extra). No bar etc.

The location was excellent, close to the underground and very convenient. The continental breakfasts were mediocre . The rooms are very small and quite cramped.

An excellent, clean friendly and value for money hotel in a great location. I have stayed in much more expensive hotels that have been very inferior to this one.

This was my first stay at this hotel. I found it excellent value for money, with a good location, comfortable room and friendly staff.I would certainly stay again.

If you want a budget hotel, this is the one. Walking distance from the Tube. The cheapest rooms are in the basemant, however, very clean, but VERY small. You can not open the door completly! Don't fall for free breakfast. If you need to leave early (before 8 am) - there isn't any!

I was staying in lower rome B2 and was very hot there. The rest was OK.

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived which was annoying, they were putting new beds in. Sheets were left along the hallway floors. The staff were ok, although not very communicative. The rooms were quite clean with new furniture, but overall I expected something a bit above the usual bog standard souless London hotel.

Price was very good due to a discounted rate. Though the room was very small, it was very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful on arrival, but I didn't feel so comfortable when going down to breakfast. Whilst the staff were polite, they took a long time to come to the table to enquire if I would like toast, and I was not offered tea (there was only Coffee available with the breakfast buffet).

This was our second visit and we were equally pleased with our stay as before. This is very good value, in London especially.
