Great deal for the price and incredibly helpful and kind staff! If you want to see Paris on a budget, it's perfect.
Location is ok close to the metro, there is a work place neer by.
Room for one adult with private bathroom/or shower
Room for 2 people with private bathroom/and shower. Double or twin room.
When we arrived on the first night from the UK, the double room we had requested was not available and we were put in a twin. The room was run down. The second room was slightly better.
Location of the hotel is good. Although the bathroom was nicely cleaned everything was old and didn't look very fresh. The carpet in the room was very dirty. I will never book this hotel again.
Seemed far from the Centre but 1 bus went straight into Gallerie Lafayette and Opera House, above ground! so you could see the pretty steets another bus went straight to the L'Arc de Triomphe. The single room was very basic and small with a tiny balcony looking across to apartments.
Enjoyed our stay at the Abrial Hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We look forward to staying there again.
The staff at the reception desk were very helpful and accommodating
Great deal on the internet. Value for money. Good hotel, great location.
The hotel was modest, with minimum facilities in the room (e.g. no hairdryer - the hotel had 7 hairdryers that could be requested for at the reception, but of course they were all taken). Heating worked very well in the room, which we appreciated as the weather was cold. The staff at reception was friendly, and many of them seemed to speak excellent Spanish. For a French hotel, breakfast was quite ample: not only baguette, croissants, and marmalade, but also cheese, cold cuts, boiled eggs and yogurt. The hotel was next to a quite noisy small tourist coach terminal, but that did not bother us. Underground station was quite close to the hotel, but you could only catch one metro line. The hotel area felt safe and was not bad, and there were some nice restaurants (no fine dining, though).
We found a very professional team at the reception that carried about our belongs very quickly! The rated price was really in agreement to our expectations so no doubt to choose this hotel once more!
location is very good and the underground near takes minutes to down town.the stuff is friendly.rooms are bigger than others hotels placed in center of Paris.is a good location for tourist visit and also for shopping.i will stay here next time for sure.
Enjoyed the hotel it was excellent value!
The service provided was outstanding. The front desk staff was very knowledgeble, especially as it related to transportation. It was a pleasure staying there
Really friendly staff, the guys at the reception! The rooms themselves have some downsides: no shower curtain; not enough electricity sockets in the right places; one dirtuy-black corner behind the curtain
Staff at the hotel speak a fairly good amount of English. Very reasonable parking (albeit tight spaces) for 20 Euros a night.
Stayed in this hotel a couple of times. Reception staff is very pleasant and the location is very good too. Don;t miss the little italian restaurant a few houses beside the hotel on the right when you come out. Next time we go to paris we will stay in this hotel again.
We found the hotel very friendly and the breakfasts were good. Basic cleanliness was satisfactory - however the carpet in our room was badly stained and it was a great shame. Another client we spoke to said their carpet was dirty, also. The Reception area was pleasing and very clean and nice. We wanted to change some money one eveing, but were told by a male receptionist that the hotel no longer offered this service. This was majorly difficult for us because the restaurant where we liked to eat did not accept credit cards [4 were offered!!!!!] However the next day the friendly receptionist changed money without any problem! We would like to come again to the Abrial Hotel, but would be happier if we know the carpets were clean.
Good location for Stade de France sporting events
5 mins from metro, RER station and bus outstide hotel to Opera and to Gare du Nord. The hotel is not is a touristic area. Very old room, the bed was bent in the middle. Old furniture with old carpet. Staff at the reception are incredibly friendly and helpful.
The staff were very good however this did not make up for the very grubby room. The room and bathroom were certainly not 3 star.
