"Booked in with a group of teachers for the ECIS Conference, on the first night one member of the party almost got her handbag stolen staff were not too bothered about the incident. Staff were not obliging with requests and sometimes very rude. Meal in hotel was wrong, arrived cold and was sent back twice. Cannot recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid." - Christina Howarth


"Very new and modern w/all the comfy ammenities. The mini bar is complimentary which is nice and it's conveniently located near the metro so getting into the city centre is easily and quickly done. Very close to airport which is why we picked it, since we had a early morning flight. Parking in front of hotel was free and the staff were all very nice!" - Anonymous
