The Academie hotel is located in the golden touristic triangle of Bruges. Take the 5th street at your left (Walstraat) and turn around the square. You will find the hotel at your right. From Ghent/Brussels: E40 to Bruges, exit 9 Oostkamp

Car parking:A private underground car park for 26 cars is at your disposal. The charge is 15 / day. Pick up parking voucher at reception to enter car park. Reservation required.
Child Policy:A supplement of 12 per night has to be paid for a baby cot. Up to the age of 11 (included) a charge for an extra bed has to be paid (30 per night).
Great friendly and informative staff. Cute little bar area serving small range of Belgium Beers. Excellent buffet style breakfast to suit alll tastes.
Room was typical small single, but bathroom was enormous. Great lobby bar. Fantastic location, right next to a sqaure with many restaurants and bars, and the city brewery.

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Double bath was great. only small gripe just two teabags on tray anything else extra and you can't put bar drinks on the tab.
Very quiet location right in the centre of Brugge minimal passing traffic, ideal for walking to all areas of the city.

On both nights I stayed there someone left water go either from bath or water tank. It woke me and went on for quite a long time, on and on. its the only thing I could complain about. Forgot to mention it at the time. It was lovely that we had tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
We really liked this hotel! It is not super fancy, but it is spacious, very clean, and very well situated within the inner limits of this very small and beautiful town.
Excellent location. We would stay here again, even though the only food available was breakfast until 10:00 a.m. everyday.
Excellent location, quiet street at night, friendly staff, excellent at your own pace have as much as you want serve yourself hot and cold breakfast. A short level walk from train station. A very good experience.

Good central location in the old centre of Bruges, but difficult to find by car - call for directions first! The hotel entrance is shabby, but once inside the facilities are good for a compact centrally located hotel. Nice courtyard garden, and our room was good - non-smoking as requested. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
Just a 5 min walk to all the great sights and sounds of Bruges.
The buffet breakfast was good and staff at reception were pleasant. The location was very convenient.

Excellent staff and even the room cleaners were nice and curtious when we overslept! We didn't get to eat at the hotel, the room was very average, but the location is brilliant and the rest of the hotel is very nice.
