simple and nice room Private car park with CCTV is good just aircond abit old and got sound

A small little family hotel that has the basic requirement of a hotel. If you are looking for no fuss, just a bed and a toilet, then this is it. Located in the city area, it's just a few minutes walk to all the sights and shopping. Just across the road junction, you'll be able to eat the famous chicken rice ball too.. No fancy buffet breakfast, just a simple 2 pieces of toast and a choice of drink of coffee and tea. I must say, it's really value for money, so don't expect too much.

A 3stars hotel,room is small , do not like the toilet, location is average and 10min walk to main attractions, breakfast is bad , just bread and coffee due to no kitchen available in hotel at the moment. Hotel quite run down but well known by taxi driver, hotel staffs very helpful, hotel more suitable for students group , price wise should range between sgd40-50 instead of sgd60 plus per night.

Generally, this is a nice hotel with good price and good location. It is within walking distance to some major attractions. The staff are very friendly and helpful. But, the hotel looks old.

The hotel manager, Rick is very very friendly and helpful. He even create a map with directions to all the historic places and famous food location, very informative indeed.

depending on where u want to be in Malacca it may be a good location. the hotel parking was full when we got back late to the hotel so we risked our car by parking up on a curb which is obviously not for parking. the carpark is opposite the hotel so we have to cross a road to the hotel. if u have luggage n children u need to drop them at the hotel first then u-turn into the carpark. i would suggest scrap the breakfast as it comes w only two pieces of toast served with butter and coffee or tea. there was not milo or any other orders available. service from staff was not bad.

The cleanliness of the rooms was a pleasant surprise, considering that it is a three-star (two-star on some websites) hotel in Malaysia. Also the manager of the hotel was this chummy old Chinese man, very hospitable and friendly. For no frills and a peace of mind, this is the place to go (some other budget hotels might be cheaper, but their cleanliness is circumspect).

The room was never cleaned and beds were not made up. The accessories in bathroom were bad not in working condition. Even the dustbins were not cleared till we checked out.

Standard Room was acceptable but not the Sup Room that we booked. There seem to be "Dam" and did not have enough sunlight.

The staff had been very obliging and helpful. Thank you so much.

The service from the hotel staff is really good. They have gone out of their way to help and accomodate while we were staying at the hotel. The facilities and the hotel look can be improved.
