very convenient location, walking distance to MTR and resturants are all surround by the hotel :) Room are clean and customer service from receiption counter are very friendly and helpful.

location was excellent near everything, very small room but clean,service was ok dont expect to much from them, no help with luggage. will i stay there again probably not room too small.

The hotel receptionist can speak English and was very helpful! Breakfast is not included, but the hotel is surrounded with restaurants and convenience stores. Only 3 blocks away from the famous Ladies' Market, and 10 min. walk to the nearest MTR station

Great location and lots of shopping and eateries just below and around hotel. But room has strong Cigarette smell. Carpet has lots of burned cigarette marks. Blanket and pillow are extremely thin and provided little comfort. But for the price of S$68 per night for a double bed at this location is great find. Best thing I like about this hotel is excellent view of the city from room.

The carppet has full of stain, Ref was empty, no cable tv. MTR is 10 minute away. If you are planning for no frill hotel this is recommended for you.

Location is great, with lots of eateries around and 5 minutes' walk to MTR. My room is big enough for 2 adults, with space to open up our lugguage for packing together. The room/toilet are clean except for the "old" stain patches on the carpet. Pls note that the air con is quite cold.

Carpet is extremely dirty (stains everywhere). Reception staff was willing to change room for us. Cigarettes smell. Must improve the cleanliness, or else it's a quite good hotel for the location.

Hotel located very conveniently in the Mongkok District with walking distance to Ladies Market. Overall the lodging is acceptable except the carpet is dirty and need vacuuming. We have stayed in DeluxeRoom and it was ver spacious, enough for 3 adults

Small hotel with basic facilities - well situated to get about and plenty of food outlets ,ladies market and Nathan Road very close - very good value for Hong Kong especially if you are on a budget.

Very good location. Not to far from MTR Mongkok. The room space was suitable. also bathroom space.

We asked for two extra pillows for three times but it never came.

The stay was closer to the ladies markets then expected. Easy acess to Mongkok mtr only a 10 min walk. Will stay here again. Not too bad.

Can't get use to the flushing water which I suspect is recycled water. The room is clean enough but the cups provided do not look too clean. I book a room meant for 3 persons but only 2 sets of towels are provided. Overall, I'm unlikely to chose the hotel again unless I have no choice.

Although the hotel a bit "old", but the location and shopping nearby is excellent. Some got a 3 pax room........suite our need. Sure will recommend it to friends and relatives!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quite big for Hong Kong and the location is ideal. It's a two minute to the markets and you've got everything you need on your doorstep. I'd definitely stay here again!
