Good hotel to stay, and best location in Hong Kong(Tsim tsa tsui), more comfortable and cleanliness hotel.

Location is very good. It is a stone throw to standford hotel. To overcome walking up the little steep hill, take the escalator from Miramar shopping to Knutsford Steps and walk to the end. Room is small but serves it purpose.

All and all I am satisfied with the hotel, except the location and especially it is situated on a steep slope. The room is nicely kept with big scrren T.V.

The room is really small but well designed. Everything could be reached in 2 steps of walking. The location is good for shopping. One concern, hotel is located on hills which will not be comfortable for old people or family with babies. As i travel alone, i like it.

Small hotel but has a good location. Second time that I stayed at this hotel but this time the room was not so comfortable although it was bigger. Generally it is acceptable considering the price.

WIFI was not working (again). But besides of that, the hotel is oke, on a good location and good value for money.

This is a classic! I am 6'1", the bed is 6'1", with a wall for a headboard and a wall for a footboard. To get to the restroom, which is walled in beautiful totally transparent glass, one has to pull the door open then turn sideways and sidle through, around the leading edge. The lobby is on the 4th floor where there is also a small lap pool. Part of the same building hosts a Japanese Tepanyaki restaurant and two Irish bars. The room rate was so reasonable by HK standards, that I would definitely return. It was a good experience!

Great place for a clean and respectable discount hotel. The location was in the heart of a very active nightlife area, but the hotel itself was quiet. Only drawbacks- pool not open and could never get the wifi to connect. In addition, for a first-time visitor to the place, it was nearly impossible to find. Locals had no idea where is was only a couple of blocks away, and there was no distinct map available on website.

Very small room but quite enough for one person traveling through. Clean and quiet.

quite good hotel, clean and convenient to supermarket and local restasturant, it takes 20min. walk to geteway tower, but the room is very small, next time I will still book this hotel, since it is cheap

I think my rating reviews said everything! Very good price in a very strategy location! Everything good just except the cleanliness of their towel is unceptable! Sometimes the towel got old blood stain, sometimes dirt on it! Others than that I'm happy of it! Definitely will back to this hotel for my following visit again!

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past four years, including before the recent ownership change. The hotel is not in as good a repair as it was before the ownership change - there are several little maintenance issues but nothing terribly important to me. The staff is not as friendly as it was. Security is now just "security" when it used to be two very courteous and helpful gentleman. It is usually difficult to regulate the water temperature in the showers in most of the rooms. There is that steep walk up the hill that will be a problem for some people but no problem at all for others. All in all, the hotel is still a good value for the money, but if you are a discriminating traveler with high expectations you might be disappointed. I feel like I got what I paid for.

The location is good for koowolon side

Very clean, good location and quiet. Quite small, but expected. No business centre and no internet.

1. The hotel advertised internet access. After repeated requests for assistance, connection was never made to the internet. 2. I think basic facilities such as a bottle of water, a sachet of sugar and small containers of milk should be provided too. 3. Not all light bulbs or switches worked. 4. The hairdryer was placed in a ridiculous position (under the desk!) 5. A map of H.K should be provided in English.

this is a hotel for dwarfs - the head and foot of the bed was wedged between tow walls about 6 ft apart - the shower cleans only chest down as it is too low - but good price and location - fine if you are small

The front counter male staff is not friendly.

The rooms are bit small but the location is very nice!
