the restaurant is very good en delicious food with a great chef. In general the breakfast is a bit poor and misses service, but the next door school for military cadest is awakening you nicely with a trompet solo. The interior is a surprise, well designed with some dramatic decors. The hotel is really missing a small pool with a relax zone but for staying in country hotel middle in the alentejo we highly recommand this hotel.
