"This was a very nice hotel and the service was wonderful! Every time I went to ask the receptionist a question she was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for its price, location, and service. It was only a few blocks walk from the bus station and a 10-15 minute walk to downtown. If you are not sure what to do (or even where to go) the hotel receptionist gave us some ideas that wasn't so touristy and we loved it! The only thing I wish I knew about before hand was that the businesses closed early and remained closed for a while due to the Christmas holiday. I asked the receptionist if we could stay an extra day and we could but the best thing was they added the extra day at the daily rate [Your website] offered it to us. What a great hotel! :)

"We booked a room at the Plaza Zum Hirschen last-minute through [your website]. When we arrived we were surprised to find that we had a suite with enormous rooms, including a bathroom with corner tub, radio, 2 sinks and a separate walk-in shower room, a large hallway with double wardrobe, dressing table and safe, a toilet with sink and bidet and a very large bedroom with a bed comprising of 2 full-sized single mattresses, 2 armchairs, table, television, writing desk and minibar. "I chose the hotel for its location and the presence of a parking. The location was excellent as it was within a walking distance from all the attractions. The room was small but clean as was the bathroom. I went upstairs to the spa. It was called and dark with no attendants. I left after only half an hour. Our hotel is located near the town centre (5 minutes walk to trian-station) and offers traditional Salzburg hospitality in comfortable surroundings. The Hotel management and our efficient, friendly staff are always at your service to ensure that your stay in Salzburg is a pleasant and memorable occasion.

free use of our beautiful rooftop sauna with original finnish kelo-sauna, soft sauna, turkish steam sauna, infrared cabin and sun-terrace, as well as a very well equipped gym. Traditional, locally popular, restaurant “Hirschenwirt” (1 star Gault Millau) Austrian cuisine at moderate rates, using exclusively organic foods and drinks. Nice, large and quiet beergarden!
