Getting there:From Wellington aprrox 1 kilometre inside Masterton boundary. From northern end follow signs to Wellington and look for sign on left hand side before exiting Masterton.

Owners were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again and recommend to others.
Dated interior decor, but the cooked breakfast was superb. Would be ideal for a family stay.

If you want to step back in time when bathrooms had three sections, and showers had curtains, trhen thjis is for you! Clean, and nice and warm, real Kiwi motel. It was all I needed. And it had a free breakfast!! That was pretty good.
The unit was spacious and comfortable, but the decor was dated, it was quiet, and easy to locate.
We found the Acorn Motel room tired and in need of an upgrade. The bed was good but the decor was suffering from overuse and in need of replacement esp the curtains . I did expect better .
Friendly helpful managers and very clean unit. Unfortunately room needed a complete makeover. Fittings and fixtures are 1970/80s vintage. However the price was right for what we got so no complaints there..

Clean, spacious, modern, well equipped, and friendly service. I would highly recommend Acorn Estate, and i'd definitely go back if I needed somewhere to stay in Masterton.
