the hotel is in a quiet street near to the museums and is very clean and with a good continental breakfast.
it is though some way from the dam and central station, but trams 1, 2 and 5 stop nearby. a taxi should cost 15 euros max. with no luggage you can walk passing many shops and restaurants along the way. " - Anonymous

From Schiphol Airport: Take the train to the “Zuid/WTC” railwaystation. From there take tram # 5 to the stop “Hobbemastraat”. When you turn around after getting out you look on your right straight into our street. We are at 100 yards on the right.
From Central Station: Take the tram # 2 or # 5 to the stop “Hobbemastraat”. When you get out you look on your right straight into our street. We are at 100 yards on the right.

Parking is very expensive in Amsterdam. You can park your car in front of the hotel at a cost of 4 euros per hour. Under the Olympic stadium (Park & ride) is 6 Euro including tramticket to the hotel, check for info: www.bereikbaaramsterdam.nl (also in English). |
