Good location and easy to find. Very disappointed with the breakfast.
The room was a little cold but the staff were very helpful and the room itself was fine.

Very nice and convenient located in a quiet area. Even the rooms were small it was just enough space.
In the Museumplein area (near the Riechsmuseum and Van Gogh Museum), which makes it just outside the most heavily partied in zones of Amsterdam. This makes it ideal for going to those zones and all others. The hotel is very reasonably priced and provides a very tasty cold buffet breakfast.
this hotel is very good and we would use again if our travel included a visit to amsterdam. the hotel is in a quiet street near to the museums and is very clean and with a good continental breakfast. it is though some way from the dam and central station, but trams 1, 2 and 5 stop nearby. a taxi should cost 15 euros max. with no luggage you can walk passing many shops and restaurants along the way.
Rooms are really small and stairs steep. But rooms are clean and pretty silent, cold breakfast deceant, wifi free and the price reasonable. We'll recommend.
Great location just a half block from the Rijksmuseum, Van Gough museum and a tram stop, friendly staff, great breakfast spread, small but servicable, clean room. What more could you want?
this hotel is in the most amazing position in a lovely street. We expected basic but were very pleased with the room. breakfast was lovely and the tea was excellent- so important for us Brits. Cannot believe we were so near to all the museums. All the major other attractions were near We walked everywhere. srange to think that the most expensive shopping street in dam is just round the corner. Expect basic but is a very good hotel and comfortable.loved it.
We loved this hotel. we were in a small room but it was airy and bright and spotless. We enjoyed the breakfast very much and had great tea as the water was so hot. had to come back one am as the dining room can get crowded but that did not matter. staff were great.consider it lucky to have picked a hotel so near the Van Gogh museum our first port of call and so near a tram route.will definitely return here!
Good location but the rooms were very basic and small.
If you are a large person be warned that some of the beds are only 2' 6" wide!
The main drawback with this hotel was the room size. Location good though.
Good position, near the 2 principal museums and 50 meters from the tram stop. By tram it takes 15 minutes to the main railway station, in the opposite part of the city. Small rooms, but comfortable bathroom and a nice view.
Rooms quite small and look prefabricated but other wise enjoyed our stay.
This hotel is in a quiet side street but remains very central without the noise. We loved the laid back and quirky humour of the reception and bar staff [ it matched ours] and found them very helpful. The hotel is clean, bright, modern and perfectly adequate for a short break.
I have stayed at the Acro twice now and on both occasions have enjoyed the stay. It is ideally situated being so close to the Museums and great night lifealso has a nice bar of its own.
Location good.
The hotel was excellent for location and the standard of cleaning very good, breakfast was excellent, and the staff very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting good inexpensive accomodation, and would use it again. First class.
The location was super, 2 blocks to the two main museums!
