Adabco Boutique Hotel has been built in a beautiful Heritage listed building and completely renovated. Adabco Boutique Hotel has 69 fully refurbished rooms, a large lounge area containing a large tv, leather lounges and vending machines. Spacious guest kitchens on each floor and a guest laundry area also. We are located near to the Hutt Street and Rundle Street restaurant and shopping precincts. Located in the heart of the CBD we are within walking distance to all of Adelaide's attractions, close to the picturesque Adelaide parklands and situated ideally for corporate and leisure guests.

Getting there:Adabco Boutique Hotel is located in Adelaide''s CBD, between Frome Street and Hutt Street, and it takes approximately 20 minutes by taxi ($18-22) from the airport. When leaving the airport turn right onto Sir Donald Bradman Drive and go all the way to town. Stay on that road (which changes name to Grote Street then Wakefield Street) and you will find us on the right, just over Frome Street.
Check-in Procedure:Check in is from 2pm and check out is 10am. Reception open 24 hours a day
Car parking:No onsite parking is available, street parking in front of the hotel is free between 6pm-8am Mon-Friday, after noon on Saturday, and no charge all day Sunday. There are car parks nearby who offer long term car parking at discounted rates.
Child Policy:No children are permitted unless they are travelling with one adult and will use existing bedding in the room. Baby cots are available for an additional $15 per day.
Great location within walking distance of city sites and shops. Hotel is a heritage building with modern facilities spacious rooms and quite relaxed surrounds. Continental breakfast is provided. Will stay again.
I liked the large communal kitchen, very good applainces and utensils. Good to have an iron and board in room. The rooms are a good enough size with a large flat screen TV.

We had a very pleasant one night stay, the counter staff were excellent. I will be using this hotel again and will also use it for my staff, when we have to stay overnight in the city.

Great renovation done of a loevely old building. Room was very well set out and vewr comfortable. Only one issue - it is on a busy road that is noisy - best to get a room at the back of the building
This place will be my first choice in Adelaide. It gives excellent value for money. The staff are always willing to help. It is close to most things as Adelaide is small compared to other cities.
As good as any 5 star hotel without the frills. Common kitchens on each floor allow you to prepare a meal. But Gouger st is a short walk with all the restuarants you may ever need. Good pubs nearby. The only complaint would be the high price of broadband so use the backpackers down the road.
Absolutely fantastic in every way. Brilliant room, kitchens, lounge area. Staff so very friendly and helpfull. Location 10 mins walk from main city highlights. Would definitely recommend and stay there again! Thank you !!
Very good hotel with close proximity to Adelaide
While the hotel is within walking distance of Rundle Street, buses are close by but the tram is quite a few streets away. The hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant and the rooms and facilities excellent. Pricing was also excellent.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay; all staff very friendly and attentative. On the downside no roomservice for three days, no bin emptying, vacuimg etc. For on street parking you have to feed the meters during the day. But overall I can recommend it.
If I had my partner with me the very comfortable double bed would have been on the small side. There is enough space in the room to have 2 queen side beds. For a longer stay the fully equipped share kitchen is a boon. I certainly will return

This was a wonderful place to stay. Just down the road from the central markets and three blocks from shops in Rundle Mall etc. A lovely old sandstone building refurbished trendily. Communal kitchens (but not the camp type ones) to share on each floor if you were planning a longer stay, Staff were helpful and went beyond the call of duty to support guests. And all a very reasonable price.
