"- nice staff, helped to book excursion but told us to a wrong metro station to get to the gather point
- no hot water for 2 nights in my room no. 400. I had to go to another room for a shower.
- close to Champs Elysee and Arc de Triomph. 15 minutes walking to Printemps and Lafayette.
- the ventilation fan was not strong enough for cooking food. we had no clue of how to operate the microwave and dish washer as everything was in French. there was no salt and pepper.
- There was a few staircases to get to the elevator, not convenient for moving luggages.
