"This hotel was exactly as advertised. My son and I were visiting London as part of a 2 week vacation in the UK and were looking for a hotel that was located close to the Underground system in Central London at a good price. We did not need or except any extra services and the room was small but functional with clean room and a small ensuite toliet and shower.
We did not have much hot water in the shower one day, but this seemed to be the exception as our other 3 days were fine
Service both in the breakfast room and at the front desk was attentive and personal. The front desk clerk was keen to provide us with tips of location to visit and maps, one of which included a coupon to receive 20% off the entry fee to a number of popular London attractions.
This hotel was what was advertised and what we expected. A small hotel room, but clean and a great location to Paddington train and tube station. " - Anonymous
