Addison Hotel Sydney

A very good value apartment hotel in reasonable proximity to Paddington or CBD Sydney via bus or taxi. The cooker and dishwasher were for some reason 'not to be used' but there was a microwave. No hairdryer or shampoos or dish mop etc but as I travel by car and have these items on hand in the boot it was fine.

Clean and tidy close to some good restuarants and Radwick Race Course, close enough to Sydney with good public transport. Only criticism is that hotel does not supply complimentary shampoos or tissues like all other reasonably priced hotels. Would stay their again.

Ok to sleep and they were pleasant but the accommodation was modest.

Room was clean, but not very well-maintained. Shower lacked pressure. Noticed rather bad cigarette burn on the quilt. Bathroom was clean. TV reception was quite bad. Fridge had a funny smell. Staff was quite friendly. Overall, fine place to stay for a sleep but I expected the room to be much better maintained for the price.

We stayed there overnight prior to an early morning overseas flight from Sydney. This accommodation is fair value and conveniently located for what we wanted, but I wouldn't recommend a stay for more than one night.

Well located property which is badly in need of some updating and repairs. It was not an apartment but more like a motel room. No fan in bathroom, no handle on balcony door, flyscreen torn, only one cup and no teaspoons, knives etc. Car park entrance is very steep and not enough car parks for number of rooms. Also car parks very tight.

The desk staff were most helpful and always pleasant. The hotel is just a hop and a step from a bus stop which provided buses to the city about every three to six minutes. As they say -- location, location, location.

This motel would be great if you had children or a group it was plain but very adequate, the position was great.

Handy 3.5 star hotel right in front of UNSW especially when one visits children studying at the UNSW

Addisions is a great place to stay in Sydney especially for regular visitors. It is close to public transport (literally at the front door) and parking is very accessible. It is a cheap and convenient place to stay when I stay overnight to visit my son.

Excellent location. Only negative point was the noise both traffic and people (Party in neighbouring apartment at night until 1am). Would be better if staff were on site 24 hours. Good being able to park there and can take bus to city. Will stay there again.

Reasonable accommodation at a reasonable price for a single overnight stay in close proximity to the airport precint.

For the price and for a one night stay it was a nice simple hotel, good basic facilites, microwave, fridge, cooker they were good but the kettle was old and leaked and the curtains were very old and torn.

Put staff member in durinng Sydney. Good location rear room so can not comment on road noise. Value for money. Staff functional their English not good.

I have paid more for the same facilities. I am happy with tha Addison and will return. It is very handy for contact visits to pick uo my son who has Saturday morning sport in Sydney.

good for people on a budget, free parking very good. nice restaurant downstairs. very handy to randwick race course, scg, sfs, fox studios. not far from coogee beach, buses right out the front..
