"Unfortunately the mattress was of poor quality and the bottle of wine and continental breakfast pack that we were promised were never delivered, despite my asking and being told they were on their way up - TWICE !!! Only one major major problem. wake up service was ridiculous. asked the reception to wake us up at 4.15 for a flight leaving 6pm instead woke us up at 5.15
