Getting there:Located in the heart of the CBD, at the East End of Hindley Street. Just 20 mins from the Adelaide Airport and 15 mins from the Keswick Rail Terminal. Entrance to reception is located in Gilbert Place, behind Café Boulevard.
Check-in Procedure:The Adelaide Paringa Motel reception is open from 7am until 9pm daily. Late arrivals and after hours assistance is provided by our sister property, Miller Apartments Adelaide, located directly across the road at 16 Hindley Street, Adelaide. After hours reception enquiries please call Miller Apartments Adelaide A credit card or cash deposit of minumum $50 per night, along with a driver’s license or equivalent, is required on check in. Cash deposits are NOT accepted for stays over weekends.
Car parking:Secure undercover car parking is available for $15.00 per night located across the road at our sister property - Miller Apartments. Subject to availability at time of check in.
Child Policy:Child under 12 stay free with existing bedding. Cot hire is available at $15 per night.

A pleasant surprise in an ideal location for what I needed. The desk staff were on the ball and very friendly. The room was good, obviously not 5 star, but good none the less.
The hotel was clean, comfortable and provided us with what we needed. The location was convenient to everything and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would have liked a toaster in the room though.

Handy motel right in the city and close to Rundle Mall - Parking a problem through Wilson Parking @$12 per day but only in the tp 3 floors of a 7 story carpark. Parking is convenient but a fair walk with luggage etc to the motel
Grubby little place. Very noisy rooms facing the street. When I arrived thay had no record of my booking. I booked a room with a spa and gort a room with shower only. Great location with good pub opposite and nice cafe next door. I won't be staying there again
the hotel was pretty good over all, but we did'nt realize that there was going to be alot of young noisy people roaming around the main street in the early hours of the morning.
Older style room in centrally located hotel. Room was clean and well maintained but fixtures and fittings are old. Location is great though as you can walk to the mall, to the station, to restaurants and pubs.
Great location, just half a block from the Rundle Mall and one block from Adelaide casino and rail station. Old building but the superior rooms are clean, fairly spacious and ours on the top floor (fifth) had a window looking straight down Hindley street towards West Terrace.
Difficult to find if on foot. And next to Adelaide's Hindley Street, which can be noisy and sometimes unruly! Reception was good, room was a little pokey with twin beds (the one I used had a lopsided mattress!). Toilet and shower clean, although the plastic vanity is a little tired. Perhaps a little overpriced, even at [this website's]prices.
Considering its position, the price was good but there was no real service or facilities. No parking available on site - you need to check this out before you go. Good for an overnight stay but wouldn't recommend it for longer.
Centrally located, good for the price, but rather noisy even on the 4th floor. Double glazed windows would be the go.
The hotel was nice and in a central place. But staff were rude. When leaving the staff member was really nice but when arriving they were rude.
A lovely place to stay. Very close to Rundle Mall. For anyone who is going to stay there, you should know that it is in the Night Club strip of Adelaide City. The noise from the street and partying people is quite loud if you have a front room as we did. We had to keep the air conditioner on all night to drown out the noise. I would stay there again, but would request a room at the rear of the hotel.
The hotel was in a very convenient location however was noisy at night with a pub right next door. Parking facilities were not so great with having to park in the car park across and down the road a little and parking fees were not included as part of staying at the hotel.
Friendly reception. good location and pricing. clean rooms. Only one major major problem. wake up service was ridiculous. asked the reception to wake us up at 4.15 for a flight leaving 6pm instead woke us up at 5.15 thats ridiculous. we were extremely disappointed and were running like mad people trying to get dressed catch a cab on tue morning and get to the airport in 10 minutes. absolutely shocking wake up service
We enjoyed our stay and found the hotel very central and the service and standard of our room very good. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Adelaide.
reception staff are very friendly and helpfull with any queeries. hotel is positioned so very central in the city, within easy walking access to trams, trains, cabs, shops, carhire facilities, restaurants and entertainment.
The only complaint I have is that there was a lot of noise from the street below. We were on the 5th floor and it was still very noisy till early morning.
