Getting there:By car: Motorway A5 and A661 Follow the signs 'Zoo' in the city center Public transport: From the main station take any S-Bahn from platforms 101 or 102, get down at station KONSTABLERWACHE, take U6 or U7 on same platform, track 1, exit next station ZOO directly at the hotel. From the Airport: Go underground to Regionalbahnhof, take any S-Bahn from track 1, exit after 6 stops at KONSTABLERWACHE; furtheron see above.

Car parking:Public parking free of charge in front of the hotel. A few parking spaces in the hotel court (on request) for 6€ per night.

The hotel is very well located, in front of the Zoo entrance where you can find bus, tram and subway station as well as a coffe-shop and a pizzaria. It is also within walking distance to the main shopping street of Frankfurt, the 'Zeil' street. The location in a secondary road provides noise free nights. The triple room booked in advance was not spacious enough to accomodate 3 beds, blocking the opening of the mini bar. All the rest was good by the low price paid. Staff is friendly and help you to find anything you want in Frankfurt. The breakfast is basic and don't offer chocolate powder to put in the milk. So, if you travel with kids here is a warning to bring some of your favorite choco-powder with you.
Situated right off the Zoo U-Bahn stop, the neighborhood is safe and quiet. Very nice cold breakfast and the rooms are cozy and clean. The front desk were very helpful and spoke English. I would definitely stay here again.
Located next to the Zoo. Very easy to go anywhere in the city using the subway. Good service friendly people.
Excellent location - staff extremely helpful - very clean - lots of hot water and deep bath though Australians may miss the standard shower as an attachment to the taps was the shower - this did not prove a problem though. Rooms not big however adequate (not tiny either!). Very close to eateries, about 5 minutes walk to Ziel (main shopping street) and next door to an internet and call centre. Tram and U bahn no more than 1 minute walk way yet location quiet just off a pleasant square. Top marks to the friendly receptionist.
