A good Hotel for the price. They did want to keep our pasports, which was not granted. Would stay there again.

Very friendly staff always there to serve. I would like to stay in the same hotel for my future visits

Breakfast is very poor. People at the front office are not friendly except for one or two. We do not have the freedom to bring our friends to the hotel. When we are hotel guests we should have freedom to do what we want without disturbing others. Please look in to this aspect.

Toilets were leaking & you had to wait a long time to reflush.Warm in lobby.Was in good position as streets were filled with electrcal items for sale alot cheaper than malls & clothes were a bargain too.

As we booked the safari from this hptel, the price was high and the safari was not good compare to the other safari's. Breakfast was very good. Really appreciate it.

This place is in the centre of Dubai about 10-15 mins from the airport, just off the main drag and close to some other small hotels, which may be better or worse value. For USD 65 it was the cheapest place I found for an overnight stopover. Basic but good, clean hotel with breakfast and a shuttle bus back to the airport in the morning. No bar tho. Recommended.

It was so nice to have a complimentary breakfast included in a very reasonable room price, with excellent variety and quality of food.

It's a very good option if you just have a few days in the city. It's right at the busy old town, but there's parking space (free) right next to it. It's quite good value if you manage to get a good offer online. Most of the attractions of the city are on this side of the creek, so it is very convenient, as it can take a long time to cross one of the bridges by car. Overall, it's a good choice!

Fantastic short stay at this hotel, amazingly helpful and friendly staff. We were allowed to check in 5 hours early and also offered a free buffet breakfast. Definately would recommend this hotel.

I would recomend this hotel to any one planning to stay in Dubai and have a decent accomodation. The hotel is clean. The service is pretty goog and all the staff are quite helpfull.

Polite & helpful staff. Located in buisiness area not far from most of bank branches. relatively clean rooms. No internet facility free of charge. Fitness room was closed (under construction). Good breakfast.

I think that its a very good value for money hotel. The staffs are very friendly, breakfast is excellent, pricing is very acceptable and it is centrally located in Burj Dubai. I would recommend this hotel to anyway who has a limited budget. Also a good family hotel.

This was a very clean, nice and centrally located downtown. A little pricey however it was avaialbe at the last minute. They also have a free shuttle to and from the airport.

It's in a good position and close to most things. This is a reasonably priced hotel for Dubai, it's quiet and comfortable. My room was compact.

Good location close to Dubai Creek and Museum. Spacious room. We were not aware until told when eating at the restaurant that it is a "non-alcoholic hotel" and therefore could not order a drink. Hot breakfast was not particularly appetising.

A good base for an overnight stay. Hotel provides a free shuttle to airport. Do not serve alcohol, either take your own (fridge in room) or go to one of the nearby hotels.

Enjoyed breakfast. The location is perfect if you want to walk it to Mina Bazaar.

We arrived Hotel at 1.30 PM (Check-in time was 1 PM) but had to wait 1 hour in lounge as the room was not ready! The triple room was too small/congested and the window view was just facing residential home so we kept curtain closed with lights on even in day time. The Hotel is located in very crowded area. The breakfast service was good with variety of foods. Considering price this looks as budget hotel but surely not recommended if visiting with families to Dubai for tourism and fun.
