With just a short easy drive you are in the Dunedin city centre, or you can catch a bus. A 15-minute stroll down the beach and you can be part of the ever-growing café/restaurant scene at St Clair Beach. We are at the gateway to the Otago Peninsula, which is noted for its stunning views, penguins, albatross colony and historic sites. The Adrian Motel boasts 17 spacious, well-appointed units. Your friendly hosts are keen to make your stay a thoroughly pleasant one.

The owners were very friendly and provided knowledge on things to see and do - great from a tourists point of view. The rooms were very basic but clean. Free wireless internet was provided - definate plus. Price was reasonable for what we received. It is ok for short stays.
Quite good location near a nice beach, but some distance from central Dunedin. Overall, quite good for a night or two.
Very convenient for access to the Otago peninsula.
A lovely place to stay approx 6 minutes out of Dunedin city. Hotel room is comfortable but the best thing was having kitchen facilities (microwave and hotplate, good sized bar fridge) along with toaster, kettle and a selection of plates, cups and cutlery. Not too often you can self cater in a motel! Close to St Kilda beach and mid way between town and Lanarch Castle.
