Our private vacation homes are located in quaint neighborhood settings and offer 3, 4 and 5 bedrooms (sleeping 6 to 12 comfortably) as well as multiple baths, living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. In addiition, our vacation homes feature a private, screened-in swimming pool, giving a whole new dimension to your vacation experience.

Getting there:
From Orlando International Airport:
Follow North exit signs towards "436, 528, Sea World, International Drive". Exit at #1B (528 West to I-4). Continue on 528 West for approximately 12 miles passing through 2 toll booths
and following the signs for I-4 West. The 528 will then dead-end (join) I-4. You are now traveling on I-4 heading West. Continue on I-4 West for approximately 7 miles until you reach Exit #64 "192 West & Disney World". You are now on 192 heading West. Proceed for approximately 6 miles passing Walt Disney World and Orange Lake Country Club on your right and Houlihan's Restaurant on the left. Look for the Lindfields subdivision on your left. Turn left into the Lindfields
subdivision and you are now on Lindfields Blvd., turn next right onto Styles Blvd. and the Advantage Vacation Homes building will be on your right.
Check-in Procedure:
Our office is open for registration from 8am to 7pm (Sun-Thu) & 8am to 10pm ( Fri & Sat ). Guests arriving after 7pm will have keys and directions to their home from the lock box located at the main entrance to the building. Guests to call the toll free number posted on the lock box from our courtesy phone to get the lock box code. The lock box code can also be obtained prior to arrival by calling our office (8am to 5pm) up to 10 days prior to arrival. The toll-free number is 1-800-527-2262

All homes have Free and Private parking facility.
Child Policy:
Each home provides 1 crib and 1 high chair.
Additional cribs and high chairs can be provided in advance for a fee.
