Getting there:Located 30 minutes from Coolongatta Airport and approximately one hour from Brisbane International Airport, the resort is serviced by bus, taxi and train.
Check-in Procedure:Credit card imprint is required for security on check-in.For check in after 5pm please use our Nitel service - instructions available from phone at the front door. Check out prior to 8.30am needs to be finalised prior to 5pm on the previous day.
Car parking:Secure Under cover car parking is available for one vehicle per room at no charge, access is available from the car park to the rooms.

Had a wonderfull stay at the Aegean Resort Apartments. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Apartment very spacious & clean - excellent location. Tickets for theme parks also sold at front desk - very convenient... Would definitely stay there again.
danger with kids locking themselves in bedrooms. keys to bedrooms are not provided with room keys. We had our 3 year old locked in a room for 20 minutes while someone came up with a key.

The master bed was great, which we find rarely. We have bad backs and the bed is the most important thing to us. 12c was our room and we would request it again.
Great place to stay as its close to the main shops and beach, reception can book tours and transport for you.
Beautiful Views with wrap around balcony overlooking the ocean and hinterland (we had the corner apartment of the building on the 27th floor of 31). Close to Cavill Ave and extremley close to the patrolled beach. Higher levels not child friendly ie the balconies. But lower levels are.

Each time we've visited on the gold coast, we've always stayed at this hotel. It has the best views, and is in a great location. We wouldn't stay anywhere else.
Short walk to the beach. Friendly staff. Internet access in the lobby. Secure underground parking. Nice pool.
The location was very good right next to the seaside but had added facilities like gym and swimmimg pool. The fenced pool and garden meant that small children were catered for - with a childrens pool included. Also close to restaurants and shops.

Excellent resort. We have stayed at lots of resorts in Australia and overseas, this was as good as anything. Late arrival was handled with ease. Unobtrusive good service. Apartment was excellent great views. We will certainly go again.
The hotel has a very good sweeping view of the ocean. facilities are kept clean and the apartment is in very good condition. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.
I was very impressed with the whole check in thing, I arrived at 6PM, and my keys were waiting for me in the safe, all paid up prior to getting there, and all was well with the apartment. The views were fantastic, and it was close to shops and the main Cavil Ave Mall. The hire car facility was just next door which made it convenient to pick up and drop off, and all in all it was a very clean well appointed place to be in. Was very good, people were extremely nice and very willing to help during their refurbishment period whilst we were staying (despite the inconvenience).
