"Beautiful Views with wrap around balcony overlooking the ocean and hinterland (we had the corner apartment of the building on the 27th floor of 31). Close to Cavill Ave and extremley close to the patrolled beach. Higher levels not child friendly ie the balconies. But lower levels are. " - Anonymous
