Getting there:From Johannesburg International airport take Boksburg (R21) road. Take the second turn left which is the N12 to Witbank. After 3km take first turnoff to right at traffic light ( Atlas Road ). Take the second left turn ( Sher Road ). Turn right at the first road ( Sunny Road ). Our address is 65 SUNNY ROAD PLEASE NOTE : All guests receive free pick-up service from the Airport, while drop back to the Airport would cost 80 Rands per person (8 EUROS).

When you arrive at Johannesburg International Airport after customs, look for a representative person (he will have a shirt with Africa Centre logo on) with the board from Africa Centre holding your name. I liked this hotel. Had a good mix of clientel and had a good atmosphere. The decor was unique and was a place I would stop if I was travelling with my children as there was a lot to interest them.
The staff was very helpful in helping us to arrange a great tour to Kruger.

Hotel itself was nice and the staff were friendly, but it does seem to cater for the back-packer crowd, and as a result was quite noisy. The layout of the hotel is such that people coming back late walk right past all the other rooms, so I was woken up at midnight, one am and quarter to three all in one night--I was only staying as a stopover, so I didn't get much sleep. I think management could have done a bit more to enforce the keeping quiet notice that was displayed.
Friendly helpful staff. Reasonable size pool which I didn't use because of rain. Seems to be a safe area. Good ovenight base for going to or from Jo'berg international airport which is only 10-15 minutes away. Transfer from the airport is free, but transfer back to the airport is 70 Rand. Not seen from HotelClub website but they also have en suite dorm rooms that take 8 people which cost 150 Rand a night without breakfast. I would use it again if I was hubbing through Jo'berg.
Hotel was clean and comfortable. Rooms are small and there were some very noisy people going to their rooms in the early hours of the morning. Pick up at airport was available but there was an unexpected extra transport charge of R70 to use their transport to get back to airport - sneaky! Breakfast was limited but ok.
very good reception by those at the airport!!!very very good. prize level on food too high. ex. buffet on sunday for 150 rand, not tea included, little varaiation on that buffet...but other than that a place i really will consider coming back to
This hotel is purely for travellers in transit. The staff is unwelcoming. The transportation is a bit of a scam. They advertise free airport transfer only for you to discover this is airport - hotel only. The return is paying per person. The shuttle to other shopping areas is also per person which makes it uninteresting. Better to use taxi.
Pick up was available from J'Burg airport to the hotel. The hotel is about 30 minutes from the J'Burg airport. The room was spacious, well appointed and very clean. Facilities at the hotel were very good (pool, spa) and breakfast was excellent. The hotel was within a compound which can be intimidating if you are not used to it. Travel outside the compound at night is not encouraged. For friendly well appointed and reasonably priced accommodation, the Africa Centre - Airport Luxury Lodge is worthy of consideration.

Great spot to get your head down for a night if you arrive on a night flight. Free pick-up was great. It costs 60 Rand to get back to the airport. Service was friendly if slightly chaotic and breakfast was decent.

For a short stay at a hotel that was close to Johannesburg airport this was ideally suited
Very good hotel. Will stay there in future. Receptionist was very helpful and nice.
The rooms are recently refurbished and are very comfortable. Facilities are good and it was quiet when we were there.
