AGH Canet Hotel

Lovely laid out hotel with everything you could wish for. Rooms are big and clean, bathrooms nicely fitted out. Bar cosy and friendly. We weren't given an a-la-carte option in the resteraunt though and the waiting staff did not explain about the buffet and grill so we had to just guess. Also none of the food in the buffet had a description over despite there being a place to put them, so we weren't sure if meat dishes were lamb, beef or pork. Despite this the food was pretty good for a buffet, nice and spanish and lots of it.

A bit difficult to find.

The staff was very very unfriendly! Nobody says anything and if, they are very impolite and didn't speak English very well. And the beds are very hard!

Parking is on site and extra. Excellent beach, but little choice of places to eat.

I found the facility to be very clean. The only criticism I have is that the hotel was a family-based one and in the first week of the school holidays was very crowded with children. The only dining room was also very full of children and I found thai noisy and also a battlefield when it came to selecting food from the buffets. Also retaiing use of your table when away from it selecting food or getting a cup of tea/coffee was a bit of a lottery. A separate dinig area for those without children might have been a possibility. In times other than holiday time I would stay again.

I thought the breakfasts could have been better but apart from that it was a nice place to stay. It is ideal for families with the beach so close and some excellent restraunts.

The rooms are excellent but the restaurant service was hopeless.

Very competitive rates. Large comfortable rooms with sea facing balconies. Very helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Nice hotel but need to see what its like in season not in winter
