AGON Hotel Opera Berlin

Generally Agon Hotel Opera Berlin is a clean and good hotel. Two years ago standards of this Hotel were better. Facilities are not satisfactory for the Hotel with 3+ Stars. There is not free internet in the room, no hair-dryer in the bathroom, no little refrigarator including bar. Otherwise Hotel is ok and can consider to stay again. Breakfast was quite good as it used to be. In any case we recommend this hotel.

The hotel is situated on Kurfurstendam, airport bus just outside. Breakfast good. We have stayed thre several times - can recomend the hotel to anyone.

Location is fine - 20 minute walk to Zoo, but also well connected to the U/S-bahn and bus routes. Windows close properly so any noise from Ku-Damm doesn't get in. Air conditioning good. Breakfast is plentiful and has wide variety. Breakfast room very nice overlooking Ku-Damm/Olivaer Platz although it is slightly too small and can be difficult to find a table during busy periods.

Excellent hotel with great location. Our expectations came true and the staff was kind and nice.

My husband and I stayed in the Agon Hotel Opera Berlin in March. We thought it was clean, conveniently located, comfortable and very good value. My only criticism would be that it does not have a bar. There are of course plenty of restaurants within a block in each direction. I would definitely recommend this Hotel to others and if I go back to Berlin (which I intend to) I would definitely stay there again. Michele from Cork, Ireland

Great hotel for less money!

EXCELLENT HOTEL ina good area with bus and u-bahn connections on the doorstep. Comfortable room. However it needed a fresh lick of paint. No tea/coffee making facilities. Housekeeping is impeccable. Hot & cold buffet breakfast,served on roof top level with magnificient views, is top notch. Excellent food and good variety. Reception staff are VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. Pricewise we got a great deal on [website].

This was a nice friendly hotel but I was disappointed that in this day and age that simple things like a tea/ coffee making facility and a hair dryer was not available. One of the mornings at breakfast they ran out of bread and we just had to accept it, no effort was made to get more and this was 45 minutes before breakfast finished.

Hotel AGON Opera Berlin is centrally located within easy reach to the main tourist attractions and businesses in the Berlin city centre, although it is located on the farther end of Kurfürstendamn, so it takes around 20 minutes to walk till the Gedächtniskirche. It was sad that the hotel did not have lobby bar or café.

Very good hotel. Perfect location. Very helpfull and freindly staff. We have stayed there serveral times and will defenetly stay there again.

Enjoyed our 3rd visit to the Agon, even brought our friends last visit. Will definitelt recommend it, and come again ourselves.

Great hotel with spotless rooms. Wonderful breakfast room at the 6th floor overlooking the Kufuerstendamm. The hotel has an excellent location. The light sleepers should ask for a room to the back. The bus station to Tegel airport right in front.

Berlin is wonderful city. One of the best cities we have ever seen! our hotel was very good in all ways. We definately will visit Berlin very soon again and absolutely stay at AGON hotel Opera Berlin.

It was great place to stay,the only thing the double bed room should have 1 big blanket instead of two normalsize.
