"We stayed for two nights but stay was limited to night stay because during the day we went sightseeing. It is very near to Atocha station and Prado museum and that is the biggest advantage. The receptionist (don't remember the name) was very helpful and spoke english very well. He explained us about various excursions and Madrid vision tour. Only thing they do not send your lagguage upto your room? (you have to carry yourself?).
