"AIM was on the whole a good mid-range class hotel with an excellent location. Staff were friendly and polite, however internet access was not avaialable both times I stayed there when I reported it to the front office they rpomised to let IT dept know but nobody ever showed up. This led me to move elsewhere because it was imperative for me to have access to the internet in my room." - Anonymous
