Malaconda Beach is a hotel of 3000 S.M. lush gardens just in front of the beach, with excellent hotel facilities. It has a total of 155 rooms or bungalows. It's gourmet restaurant, bar and lounge are located just in front of the swimming pool, just beside the reception desk. Malaconda is a seasonal hotel. It has closed for the winter and it will reopen for business again at the end of March.

Getting there:
Malaconda Beach is located just an hour's drive from Athens if you go there by car. You will have to follow the national highway which leads to the Chalkida National Road. Just follow the signs and you wil be there in not ime! If you go by boat, Eretria Port is located 3KM away from the property and it's best reached by taxi in a few minutes.The distance from El.Venizelos national airport is 90 K.M
Check-in Procedure:
Upon arrival at the hotel the guest has to show an identification card, a driver's lisence or a passport. Hotel voucher has to be shown.
In case of cancellation in less than 2 days prior to arrival or no show, guests are charged 1 night as cancellation fees.
Car parking:
The hotel has its own spacious car parking.
Child Policy:
Children up to 4 years old come for free of charge. From 5 years old to 14 years old children have a 50% discount, as long as they share the rooms with two adults.
