"This hotel has some of the most friendly and helpful staff I have ever encountered. In particular Ms Xenia is one of the best reception/concierge staff I have ever meet. The hotel is a reasonable distance form the centre of Hanover but the tram station is only a few hundred metres from this hotel & the tram will have you in the city centre in 15 minutes.
