We needed easy access to the airport and this was perfect for us. Could not fault the hotel at all. Even though their restaurant was closed they provided a free shuttle to a nearby restaurant - and the meal was excellent.
Very good and very helpful, but without GPS, could be a bit tricky to locate when exiting the motorway.

Hotel a bit basic but value for money not 4 Star Taxi from Hotel 25 Euro each way to Bergamo though was a bit excessive.
It is not Airport hotel - it's far and there is no bus connection to airport. Only car or taxi to get there ...

Hotel was fine no problems, but we did arrive rather more luck than judgement. Directions from the airport should be clearer, it looks easy on the map i downloaded off the website, but is a different story on the road. Better directions please.

Very noisy because of the airport and autobahn in front of the hotel
The Hotel is right next to a busy motorway, my room was on the same side and the noise was considerable. Ask for a room away from the motorway if you are staying there. Quiete close to the airport, a bit far out of Bergamo for site a seeing weekend.
The location is not good if you want to get to the old city. The day time staff had limited English so getting around by public transport was not easy. The restaurant was excellent though with good service and attentive staff, the food was very good and reasonably priced as well.
I find it hard to believe this is a 4* hotel - I'm tempted to suggest they've just CALLED themselves the "Airport Hotel Bergamo ****". For example, I asked for some wine with my meal. They asked "red or white sir ?". I said "red". They asked "litre, half litre, or quarter litre sir ?". House plonk in a jug in a 4* hotel ?? - I think not. Sweet trolley comprised cake, cheesecake or strawberries. That was it. Sorry, no cream. But value for money and proximity to the airport ?? - absolutely fine.
Not for arriving late at night looking for a hotel close to the airport! This one is about 4 or 5 Kilometers on a route that is very roughly signposted. However, when you do get there the hotel is quiet, clean and staff very polite. There are other hotels closer to the city centre - and the airport.
