I have stayed for 1 night with my wife. Can't judge what you see from outside, room is so clean, service is superb I will definitely come back for short stays.

The room was very dusty, the bed was held up by bricks and the shower was very noisy.

Unfortunately, this motel is not located close to shops or public transport and I was there witout a vehicle. However, the service from the staff was excellent and they went well beyond what is expected to ensure that my problem was overcome.

The rooms are extremely cold. The ducted air conditioning does not get warm - they said it would "after a while" - it didn't. Seems in cold areas of Australia heating in hotels is inadequate. This hotel is no exception. They know the place is cold, because after you are freezing, and advise them, they offer you a tiny, inadequate blow heater. It's even in the compendium, to ask them. Who on earth has a decent ducted heating system and needs to offer the band aid solution they offer. Power point for dvd player had been broken and was taped over, instead of being replaced (rendered dvd unusable because cord wouldn't reach any other point). Upon checkin, well presented young man unfortunately had a bad attitude. Do not stay in this hotel in winter.

This is a motel that has deteriorated in quality. Beds need replacing and it has a very tired feeling

I am probably being unfair as the person on the reception was going on Tuesday and she acted accordingly. Other staff members were quite good including the manager. There was nothing around the hotel so location was not good

I found the staff to be friendly & helpful. The room was fine & had more than adequate supplies of pillows & blankets (much needed for the cold weather experienced). We thought it was a nice place to rest for the night after our lengthy travel. Recommended.

Although I dont stay at many hotels this one was very nice. the beds were comfortable. The hotel was very peaceful and quiet. The car parking was ordinary.

The only thing we could fault was we were short a couple of pillows. When we realised this at ten oclock at night, the lovely lass on the desk went and found them for us straight away.

Room was clean. Has everything one reasonably expects from a budget motel, plus a few extras like swimming pool, pool table, small gym and tennis court. Restaurant closed early and only offered limited choice of food. The extra folding bed for the third person in the room was not comfortable. Overall good enough as a place to spend overnight, especially given the cheap rate. Recommended only if you have car with you.

pipes banged a few times and our unit needed a refurbishment but still value for money

A real surprise as the Motel has very comfotable rooms and good facilities for a very reasonable price. The internal garden and pool is quite unique and I would recommend the motel to anyone looking for a reasonably priced quality motel in the Canberra area.

The free broadband wireless internet access is definite plus.

Not as close to the airpost as the name suggests. You have to have a car as there's no shuttle.
