Nice area of London to stay in; quiet bar just around the corner to drink in after a days sightseeing. My room at the back of the hotel had a nice view of Battersea power-plant in the distance. Pimlico tube station just a short walk down the road to the right, or Victoria station an even shorter walk to your left. No complaints about this hotel at all.
Very good Customer service by the reception staff for all the needs. It is very close to all amenities like Victoria Station ,Bus Station ,local sightseeing bus stand etc.
Rooms are comfortably furnished and have en-suite facilities with complimentary shower gel and shampoo, complimentary hospitality tray, colour television, telephone and hairdryer
I was surprised at how good the rooms were, even if compact. The staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast room was a bit small, so leave a bit of time in case it happens to be crowded.
In general the hotel is ok for its price and location, only cleanliness (especially of dishes and tables in the breakfast room) could be better...
good value for money very central breakfast area good
The convenient central location and the abundant breakfast were very positive factors, in constrast to the general well-worn condition of the building (old wallpaper, stained carpeting). Overall - ok, but I wouldn't use it again.
hotel was being revamped- which it needed room had very bad leaking? through the ceiling in second room booked but was comfortable for B & B enjoyed breakfast reminded me of faulty towers should at least get English speaking staff to front customers in dining room.
This hotel has a convenient location, but it has certainly seen better days. I wouldn't stay here again.
Small room up 4 flights of stairs (no lift), possibly the smallest shower in the world - and yet again the wireless internet did not work.
The hotel itself is clean, but very cramped and a very basic place to stay, fine if you are only going to be there for sleeping but otherwise i wouldnt recommend it.
