Located just 1 kilometre from the delightful ‘riviera’ French settlement of Akaroa, this unique resort provides the ultimate in accommodation.
Capturing the charm of this special locality, Akaroa Cottages offer a combination of timber and stone crafted Studios and Cottages together with two historic relocated Cottages.
A combination of self contained studios and cottages including two relocated local historic cottages. Each has their own unique style, offering an ideal location for that well earned holiday, wedding, honeymoon or small conference.
They are well appointed with French doors opening to a veranda or patio to make the most of the delightful views of Akaroa Harbour combined with the scenic wonderland of the surrounding hills and native bush of Banks Peninsula.
There are a variety of cottage sizes ranging from studios to a large three bedroom two level cottage. All have King or Queen Size beds, ensuites or private bathrooms with double spa baths and cosy log fires or electric heating.
On site Resident Managers ensure that all your needs are met for a relaxing stay. |

We are situated on the right hand side 1 kilometre north of Akaroa on the Main Road heading into the village. We are well sign posted and have a lovely stone wall entranceway. |
