Getting there: By car. Once you reach the Venice-Mestre tollbooth on highway A4, follow the signs for the city center without worrying about the ZTL (limited traffic zone); as Hotel al Vivit customers you will be considered residents and will have free access to the center.
Suggested route for those arriving from Padua - Milan: after paying the toll, keep right in the direction of Venezia/Porto; once you reach the roundabout, pass the gas station and take the exit for Porto. Continue straight on, and turn left at the traffic light over the ramp; go straight ahead on Corso del Popolo, then Piazza XXVII Ottobre, Via Poerio and Piazza Ferretto. Follow the signs for the hotel.
