it was difficult to find, tram stop info would have been good. Once you found your way round it was very easy with great transport links. Quiet location with a couple of good restaurants nearby, and a friendly locals bar.Nice and quiet with very friendly staff. unusual location in the middle of appartments, we had a really nice stay, they had left luggage which helped as our flight was latein the day. Would happily stop here again, but if you want to be in the middle of the nightlife this is not one to choose.
It is a very good and comfortable hotel for this price. We enjoyed it very much .
bedroom v.clean, basic breakfast, limited menu.no beach. Noisy locals at night outside sometimes on motorbikes untill late. nice friendly staff,handy for town centre.Overall not bad.
We were pleased to return to the hotel following our first visit. Out of town and close to the beach easily reached by bus or taxi.

Quite nice facilities, but hotel further away from beach than we had expected. Main beach is definitly a bus ride away, although bus does stop close to hotel. Would probably not stay again as I would want to look for a place nearer the beach.

A NICE HOTEL WITH VERY HELPFUL STAFF, THE HOTEL LOOKS AWFUL FROM THE OUTSIDE DUE TO APARTMENTS ABOVE BUT INSIDE IT'S A DELIGHT AND WELL WORTH A VISIT, WHEN THE NEW TRAM STATION (FRONTING THE HOTEL)OPENS SHORTLY IT WILL BE EASY ACCESS INTO ALICANTE AND BENIDORM. WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.
Big and spacious rooms, good food, friendly staff, but difficult to find and you'll definitely need a car to move around.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a bus stop close to the hotel to take you into the city or out to San Juan.
The room was very clean and nice balcony, bathroom very clean. A bit of a walk into Alicante but is a bus stop nearby. Overall very nice for a short break.
I found the employees very courteous especially the receptionist as we had so many questions throughout our stay.
A good value hotel located between Alicante centre and Alberfetta. Hotel shares pool and tennis courts with private apartments in the same building. Has good car parking unlike other Alicante hotels. Good local bus services till 23.00 but very steep walk up to the main road to catch them. Several small beaches are near by. Prices in the Hotel very reasonable - bottle wine from 3.90 euros. A good mid range Hotel.
Very pleasant and helpful staff
The rooms are very large, the bathroom was great. Make sure you ask for an Ocean view room and you also get a private balcony. The hotel staff was very friendly and very helpful, all spoke English. The breakfast was outstanding. Close to the water but not a good place to swim that is a little ways down the beach. Close to the bus but a real uphill climb to get there. It is still a great place to stay for the price and very clean and nice hotel.
A little hard to find but worth it in the end ; situated next to the beach and also adjacent to several nice eateries. A very pleasent stay indeed.
Overall the hotel was fine, rooms were clean and the bathroom was much better than expected. The only real drawbacks were the location and the noise level. It is a taxi ride from the town and beach, which aren't the five minute walk away that they were supposed to be. The walls must be quite thin as every time a toilet flushed in the night it woke you up, and if people walked down the corridor talking you could hear them. The pool area was quite nice and clean.
