Very nice hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful - great customer service. Whenever we needed any travel help, museum tickets, etc., they cheerfully assisted us with it. I can't say enough good things about them. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the buffet staff was also excellent. These people know how to run a good hotel! Highly recommend!
We had a room with marble bathroom with all amenities. There was no arm-chairs for watching TV in the room. Breakfast is served in the hotel restorant with a reasonable variety of foods. There is a comfortable lounge down stairs with newspapers,one in the English language and a computer with free internet access.
A very good traditional hotel in an excelled location and a top class staff and service. Very good internet for free. Can be highly recommended.

It was a lovely experience staying in this hotel; I have already recommended it to friends. The decor was very much in keeping with the building and the location was quiet. I will return!

The service at reception was excellent.
We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Albani. It's on a quiet side street near the railway station and near the San Lorenzo market. It's a 10 minute walk to the Dumo. We found our room to be spacious and clean and the staff were friendly. We thoroughly recommend the Albani for a stay in Florence
Hotel is fine. Only they take your car to some garage well apart of the hotel. Parking facility is not so good if you need car to be close to you for hopping around.
great breakfast and location net to train station a bit expensive but would recomend and stay again.
