Old-fashioned seafront hotel, catering to a 'very mature' clientele. Dreadful singer 'entertaining' in the bar on Easter Sunday night propelled my friends and I elsewhere for a drink!

Much busier during summer holiday time. Tidy, upretentious hotel in a superb location on the seafront. Very comfortable double room.
Out-of-season stay,hence the hotel was very quiet and available at a bargain price. Recently refurbished bathroom was good, otherwise a small, basic room. It appeared room service was not operating and I didn't see whether the bar opened or not. Very hearty buffet breakfast despite there being so few guests.
Single traveller who paid the single rate, but slept in a twin room. Excellent bathroom suite - bath and overhead shower. Friendly and helpful staff. No car parking is an issue in the summer as all the spaces around the hotel are only valid for four hours between 8am-6pm Monday to Saturday.
