"Dreadful, this hotel is very very overpriced and when we complained the receptionist said not all rooms were like the website! Our ground floor room had cracked plaster, dirty scuffed walls, broken loo seat, a side window that let in very little day light, broken TV button, broken remote, stained lampshade and on the wall an old torn headboard and no bed. There was no iron we could use any where in the hotel so could not wear a lot of our clothes." - Anonymous
