Excellent family owned hotel,a bit out in the mountains but otherwise superb stay. The best breakfast and dinner I got in the Italy, very friendly personnel willing to help with all enquiries. Couid recommend to everyone.

Hard to find unless you are familiar with the Valley's but brilliant when you get there

Very nice small family managed Hotel in a very beautifull landscape. Excellent service and just wonderfull food in a decent pricing. Very nice hotel for a peacefull relaxation. Bit tricky road to reach and takes some time to visit other places. I will definitelly recommend. ( Spent 4 nights with my wife there) rental car recommended.

Very winding road to get to hotel but wonderful views from this idyllic village. Rooms very modern and staff friendly. Food reasonably priced and excellent standard. Would recommend highly for quiet break.

We enjoyed our stay in this clean, family-run hotel very much. The location is very quiet but ideal for walking in the local area and a hire car is recommended for travelling further afield. The hotel owner and his family were very friendly and the service was first-class as was the food (and wine!). We would thoroughly recommend this hotel as very good value and the ideal location for a pleasant and relaxing holiday.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel.The owner and his family made us very welcome and the service throughout the stay was first class.The hotel is very clean and the food, including dinner is of a high standard.The location is quiet and a bit remote for some however the owner offers a service to and from S Ombomo for 10 Euros where a regular bus service operates to Bergamo.I will return to this Hotel in the future however now I am more aware of the location I will hire a car from the Airport.An excellent venue for a quiet relaxing holiday away from the buzz ,but within striking distance should you require something a bit more upbeat. The foot is homemade! And rearly exelent!

The scenery surrounding the hotel is absolutely astounding. Fuipiano Imagna is situated at the top of one of the alps, and does take over an hour to get there from Bergamo. There is also not much to do in the village. Wrongly advertised as near Milan which is a couple of hours away. Taxis are expensive, so make the best use of public transport, which is very cheap and goes to the hotel. The owner is a money grabber, so watch out. Other than that, it was an excellent holiday.

Could not fault this hotel in any way. The family that run the hotel could not be more hospitable. the location is in the mountains, so if you want to explore you would need a car. If you just want a relaxing getaway then this is the perfect choice, quiet, scenic and very comfortable. the food at the hotel is excellant and very reasonably priced. We also noted that some guests had dogs and the area surrounding the hotel would be perfect for a dog walk.

Service and food was excellent, dinner and breakfast were best we had in our Italy tour. Also, by warm atmosphere, we could clearly feel, that this is family owned hotel.

The hotel is very far away from Bergamo (small curvy roads where you have to drive very slow) and VERY difficult to find, specially at night. When we did get there, the personal was very friendly and the breakfast the next morning was delicious. There was no AC on the room, and we had to sleep with the window open. That wouldn't be a problem if weren't for the noise of the bells of the cows outside and some cats fighting. Nice country side feeling, but I didn't sleep very weel.

Recommending warmly this hotel. Is very very clean and kind staff. Recommending a very detailed map is difficult to find location at night. Is an extraordinary resting place. We were very content with this hotel.

Very high up in the mountains. Even wit ha good map we had some problems findings it (google maps gave wrong location). The room had a balcony with great view. Meals were massive (only order one course). Would recommend it if you need to get away from Milano's way of life.

Beautiful mountain scenery and only about 45 minutes drive to Lake Como. Very friendly family run establishment where father and son cooked the food, which was fresh and delicious. We were made to feel most welcome. Excellent value for money -would definitely recommend

Nice location and a lovely restaurant. A few comfortable seats to enjoy an after dinner drink would make it even better. A very good value hotel which I would stay at again if I return to the region.

A modest family hotel in the Imagna Valley, our room was sufficient and cosy. The proprietors were welcoming, friendly and helpful. I would suggest that car hire is essential if wanting to see the countryside and to connect transport into Milan as the hotel though picturesque, is a little remote. Being in a valley, the road up is winding and not for the faint hearted driver, however I would deem it worth the journey as it is lovely. Good home cooked food and freshly baked bread, superb local wines all at reasonable prices.

I must compliment this hotel. Service is the best I have ever met. It is a beautiful place over Bergamo, with beautiful wiew. Will come back.
