Albert Hotel Milan

we were very pleased from the hotel, a 2 minutes walk from the Metro/Tram/Bus station, and a 4 minutes walk from the Bus shuttle to Malpensa or Linate airports. breakfast buffet was very good as well as the room and the pricing. The receptionist that welcomed us spoke very good English, however we should have "milk" him for information that he provided afterward...

not bad for short stay

The Albert Hotel is a very good value for money hotel. It is ideally situated next to Stazionni Centrale. The receptionists were friendly and spoke English. The room was small but more than adequate for a short stay. Breakfast was a cold buffet consisting of cold meat, cheese, croissants, bread rolls, cereals, biscuits + fruit juice, tea & coffee. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone for a short stay.

Good three star facilities a few minutes walk from Stazione Centrale. Friendly service and a pretty good breakfast buffet. Good value for money compared to similar hotels in locality.

When I rate Averagae it means that it is basic. Location wise, if you are looking to stay near the Central Train Station with FREE PARKING at the Albert Hotel then this is the place for you. AS for the pricing of the hotel, it is bearable but dont expect anything spectacular about the room. However the wine and dine restaurant to the left of the hotel was value for money. Good food and great service from Mario the waiter. Overall, the Allber is in a noisy area and we had to leave our windows open to sleep as it was quite stuffy, the breakfast was good but not very child friendly. Its ok if you are not fussy.

Convenient to the station and quite well appointed,with a good breakfast. Can be noisy however.

Very convenient location a few minutes walk from Centrale. Well kept and comfortable. Not the prettiest part of town to stay in, but great value.

The location is very good just next to the Central station with buses and trams nearby. The airport shuttle terminal is only minutes from the hotel.

The front desk staff were very friendly and always willing to assist. The location of this hotel is perfect: very close to the main railway station as well as to the metro. Our rates included breakfast which had all the components to allow you to survive untill lunch time. The neighbourhood is probably not the best, but I suppose this is always the case of areas nearby to any major railway station. All in all, I won't hesitate to return back to this hotel. I had a great time in Milan! Ciao!!

Nice friendly service. Good food at very reasonable prices at Da Carlos just 20 meters from the hotel. If the WiFi router could be souped up so that wireless internet can be used from the rooms, and made free of charge, perfect.

Turn right out of the train station and you're there. Handy to the under ground and the breadfast was good.

This was a very nice hotel and the location is fantastic. The little resturant next to the hotel, Le Chalet, is exceptional.

very good balance price-quality. good location, easy to find, very nice personel, very confortable room, great bed, clean and nice atmosphere. beeing located in the central station area it`s not very indicated to walk around in the evening and night if you are female not accompaniated by a man but, this is problem you find in every city.

The Albert Hotel is ideal for a very short stay but it is right by the station and not so pleasant for walking not only after dark but during the day, having said that I had no problems but there were a few unusual people around which might be scary for some. It is convenient for trains, metro, buses and to the airports and about 20 minutes walk from the Duomo. A very nice restaurant next door which I only discovered on my last day, don't expect information from the staff, do your own exploring. If you are looking for more than a two or three days there are hotels with more facilities and more convenient and pleasant areas. Noisy when the windows are open because of the station. Nevertheless I had a pleasant stay.

An old style hotel located very close to the Central Station so ideal for those with an early morning train journey. The complimentary breakfast is substantial.

Great value for money in Italy.

The Albert Hotel is behind Milano Centrale Railway Station, great position, good hotel and room was fabulous. Close to Metro, a walk around the station to the airport bus. Recommend.
