"Being advertised as a 4.5 star hotel, I expected more. Standard room was average, uncomfortable bed, inconsistent hot water in shower, pay tv channels were only sport and news (no entertainment etc). No gym in hotel, pool in bad location. Spring Hill bus service free on wk days is a good way of getting into the city and back but probably wont stay here again. Felt disappointed." - Anonymous
"I would highly recommend this hotel, the positioning up on the hill with the lovely views and within walking distance to the shopping mall with a walk thru the park, then down to the river and over the walk bridge to Southbank where one can stroll thru and catch the river Ferry or have a coffee or lunch in the Restuaraunts overlooking the water." - Robyn Fox
